A strong woman works out every day to keep her body in shape,
but a woman of strength kneels in prayer to keep her soul in shape.
强壮的女人每天运动保持身段苗条，
但是坚强的女人每天跪下祈祷保持她灵魂的身段。

A strong woman isn’t afraid of anything,
but a woman of strength shows courage in the midst of her fear.
强壮的女人什么都不怕，但是坚强的女人在恐惧中活出她的勇气。

A strong woman won’t let anyone get the best of her,
but a woman of strength gives the best of her to everyone.
强壮的女人不会让别人从她那里得到最好的，
但是坚强的女人把她最好的给每一个人

A strong woman makes mistakes and avoids the same in the future,
but a woman of strength realises life’s mistakes can also be God’s blessings and capitalises on them.
强壮的女人做错事以后就逃避再犯错，
坚强的女人发现生命里的错失也可以是天主的降福而从中学习。

A strong woman walks sure footedly,
but a woman of strength knows God will catch her when she falls.
强壮的女人脚踏实地的行走，
坚强的女人却知道当她跌倒时，天主会扶助她。

A strong woman wears the look of confidence on her face,
but a woman of strength wears grace.
强壮的女人在她脸上穿戴信心，
但是坚强的女人穿戴天主的圣宠。

A strong woman has faith that she is strong enough for the journey,
but a woman of strength has faith that it is in the journey that she will become strong.

强壮的女人相信她有足够的力量在旅途上前行，
坚强的女人在旅途中有足够的信仰，她将会更加坚强。
